The story of

The grass reaches a height of 150 cm. The grass-like leaves of beargrass are olive-colored and grow from the stem to look like a fan. This grass is important because it can resist fires. Beargrass is often the first plant to grow again after a fire.

Where does Beargrass grow?

Beargrass grows in open forests in the western United States.

Pickers cut it in the forest and send it in bundles to our suppliers. There the grass is bunched to the normal size you are used to. Beargrass is available basically all year round.
